Will you hold the order and ship it at a later date?
Orders placed online cannot be held for later shipment, however we can delay shipment if the order is placed through one of our representatives. Please email email@example.com or call 1-888-399-9905 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm PT and we will be happy to complete your order.

Absolutely. Call 1-888-399-9905. Although our website is designed to be comprehensive and address your basic questions and concerns, our commitment is supported by a trained, live (yes, live) service team.
You can order by telephone Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PT. Our team is able to provide answers to your questions as well as assistance in making selections. They can even help you track your order, and assist with any other issues that may arise.
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards as well as PayPal. All online orders are encrypted and secured with the latest technology to provide you with peace of mind.
Will The Vault send an order confirmation via email?
Yes, if you provide your email address when you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation usually within 24 hours if not immediately.

How can I make a change or cancel my order?

What is The Vault's Product Guarantee?
Fixtures are guaranteed against mechanical and electrical defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipping. All finishes, are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment provided that the finish has been properly maintained. Our guarantee is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product, excluding, but not limited to electrician’s fees or equipment rental. How do I return merchandise?
Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date?
Create an account with us. All you need to do is create a user name and password, no purchase is necessary. Put the items in your cart, and when you’re ready to purchase just log in and your information should be there. Of course you can also place an order online without registering first.
In order to add items to my saved shopping cart, do I need to sign in?
Yes. You need an account to save a shopping cart and when you return to the site you must sign in to see it.

How is sales tax charged?
Sales tax is only charged when an order is shipped to a state where we have a company office. At present sales tax is charged for orders shipped to California.
Can orders be shipped to a P.O. box?
We are sorry, but we cannot deliver to a P.O. box shipping address.
Can orders be shipped to countries outside the United States?
Although we primarily ship within the continental United States, we can ship anywhere in the world via FedEx. We are however, not responsible for Duties and Taxes. Please email your shipping address and complete order details to email@example.com in order to receive accurate pricing for shipping. International orders placed online without prior notification to the Vault team may require additional funds for shipping in addition to what is priced during online checkout.
